Medical billing and insurance can be very complicated and confusing. Our experienced billing staff is on-site to help clarify any issues having to do with your insurance. They can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. by calling 801-526-8350.

You can help minimize billing issues by being familiar with your plan, and by bringing a current insurance card to every appointment. (For Medicaid patients this is absolutely required.) You should also always be prepared to make a copayment, as this is often required by your contract with your insurance plan. Knowing your deductibles, which benefits are covered, and being aware of which labs and hospitals are preferred is
always helpful.
